Sharon empowers patients with personalised diabetes education across the lifespan — compassionate, culturally sensitive care. She brings extensive experience across Alfred Health, Mercy Women's Hospital, and Monash Health, and supports newly diagnosed patients through complex cases including insulin pump therapy, steroid-induced diabetes, CFRD, MODY, and pancreatic insufficiency. Her practice incorporates continuous glucose monitoring technology and develops personalised care plans addressing physical, psychological, and social needs.
